Once your designer chooses colors and finishes, The Barnstable Painter will provide you with a quote within two days. Our quote includes a detailed description of the work we will do on the building’s exterior or interior. Special requests, such as replacing rotten or damaged areas of a building exterior or drywall and plaster repairs on an interior, will be included along with the estimated start and completion date of the project. The Barnstable Painter requests a ten percent deposit upon signing the contract, forty percent of the remaining balance when we begin the project, and the remaining balance due when you are completely satisfied that your project is done to project specifcations. All work from The Barnstable Painter is backed by a 12-month warranty.
